Terms & Conditions

Only contracts paid in full by August 23, 2024 will be considered.

A $50.00 charge will apply to NSF Cheques (Non-Sufficient Funds).

No refund will be provided for cancellations after/on September 3, 2024.

A partial refund will be provided with written cancellations received before August 30, 2024 less a $50 administration fee.

COMMITMENT
All vendors must commit to the entire duration of the fair. This timeframe is from September 8th - September 10th , 2024.​

BOOTH SET-UP
Company-owned displays and backdrops can be placed inside designated areas. Tables, chairs, lamps, extension cords or tarps are not provided.

BUILDING HOURS
Friday September 8th.............10am - 7pm
Saturday September 9th........10am - 7pm
Sunday September 10th...........10am - 3pm

Buildings will open 1 hour prior to the above times to allow vendors access to their booths before opening to the public.
​
VENDOR PASSES
Vendor packages will be available for pickup on set-up days. You will be charged regular gate admission if you do not have a pass.
