Availability subject to first come, first serve. Only applications paid in full by the deadline will can be considered. Notifications are sent by email; therefore, a valid email address is required. Cheques can be made payable to Six Nations Agricultural Society.

 

Vendor Application 2020

Terms & Conditions

  • Only contracts paid in full by August 23, 2019 will be considered.

  • A $50.00 charge will apply to NSF Cheques (Non-Sufficient Funds).

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations after/on September 3, 2019.

  • A partial refund will be provided with written cancellations received before August 30, 2019 less a $50 administration fee.

COMMITMENT

All vendors must commit to the entire duration of the fair. This timeframe is from September 6th - September 8th , 2019.​

BOOTH SET-UP

Company-owned displays and backdrops can be placed inside designated areas. Tables, chairs, lamps, extension cords or tarps are not provided. 

BUILDING HOURS

Friday September 6th.............10am - 7pm

Saturday September 7th........10am - 7pm

Sunday September 8th...........10am - 3pm

Buildings will open 1 hour prior to the above times to allow vendors access to their booths before opening to the public.

VENDOR PASSES

Vendor packages will be available for pickup on set-up days.  You will be charged regular gate admission if you do not have a pass.
